1. 概述

Printemps 是在本机运行的音频声部分离应用。按照 Apple App 隐私详情的分类，本应用属于“不收集数据”：应用不收集、不传输、不存储任何可识别你个人的数据，也不将数据用于追踪。本政策说明应用会在你的设备上处理哪些数据、何时会联网、涉及哪些第三方，以及你如何控制和删除这些数据。

2. 我们收集的数据类型

以下按 Apple 的数据类型分类逐项说明。所有类别均为不收集，也不与我们或任何第三方关联到你的身份。

  • 联系信息（姓名、邮箱、电话、地址）：不收集。
  • 健康与健身、财务信息、位置、敏感信息、联系人：不收集，应用不请求相关权限。
  • 用户内容（音频、项目、导出文件）：仅在你的设备上处理与存储，不上传、不由我们访问。
  • 浏览与搜索历史：不收集。应用内的项目搜索只在本机执行。
  • 标识符（用户 ID、设备 ID、广告标识符）：不生成、不收集。
  • 购买记录：不适用，应用没有内购或账户。
  • 使用数据、诊断数据（分析、崩溃日志、性能数据）：不收集。应用内未集成任何分析或崩溃上报 SDK。

3. 在你的设备上处理的数据

  • 导入的音频：复制到应用私有数据目录，用于分析、分离与试听；原始文件不被修改。
  • 项目数据：项目名、音轨与剪辑信息、BPM/调性分析结果、任务记录，以 JSON 文件保存在同一目录。
  • 分离结果：生成的音轨文件保存在私有目录；导出时在你选择的文件夹创建独立副本。
  • 设置：语言、处理设备、模型缓存目录、导出目录等偏好。
  • 诊断记录：应用在内存中保留本次运行的错误记录，退出即消失。只有你在设置里主动导出时才会写成文件，由你决定是否发给别人；应用自身不会发送。

私有目录位置：macOS ~/Library/Application Support/printemps；Windows %APPDATA%\printemps；Linux ~/.config/printemps。

4. 数据的使用目的

上述数据只用于提供你主动发起的功能：分析、分离、试听、剪辑与导出。不用于广告、个性化、第三方分析、产品分析或任何形式的追踪。

5. 网络访问与第三方

应用默认不与任何服务器通信，只有两类场景会联网：

  • 模型权重下载：当你选择声部并开始分离时，从 Hugging Face（huggingface.co，可在设置里改为镜像或自定义地址）下载对应的公开模型文件到本机缓存。请求不包含你的音频、项目或个人信息；如你在设置中配置了代理，该请求会经过你指定的代理。Hugging Face 作为服务提供方可能记录常规访问日志（例如 IP 地址），受其自身隐私政策约束。
  • 应用更新：从 GitHub（github.com）读取版本信息并下载更新包。请求不包含个人信息；GitHub 的隐私声明适用于其服务。

应用未集成广告、分析、社交登录或其它第三方 SDK。我们不向任何第三方出售、出租或共享数据；我们本身也不持有你的数据。

6. 数据保留与删除

  • 所有数据仅保存在你的设备上，保留到你删除为止。
  • 在“全部项目”中删除项目会从列表移除并可在“已删除”中恢复；勾选“同时清理应用保存的试听结果”或永久删除会移除该项目的全部本地文件。
  • “模型管理”中可删除已缓存的模型文件；“设置”中可更换缓存与导出目录。
  • 卸载应用后，可手动删除上文所列的私有目录以清除全部残留数据。

7. 系统权限

  • 文件访问：仅通过系统文件选择器或拖放读取你指定的音频，以及向你选择的文件夹写入导出文件。
  • 网络：仅用于第 5 节所述的模型下载与更新检查。
  • 不请求麦克风、摄像头、位置、通讯录、照片或通知权限。

8. 追踪

按照 Apple《App 跟踪透明度》的定义，本应用不进行追踪：不收集用于跨 App 或网站追踪的数据，不使用广告标识符，也不与数据经纪商共享数据。

9. 儿童

应用不收集任何个人信息，因此不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童（或所在司法辖区规定年龄以下未成年人）的数据；应用亦非专门面向儿童。

10. 你的权利

因为我们不持有你的任何个人数据，访问、更正、导出或删除请求可以由你直接在设备上完成（见第 6 节）。如你所在地区的法律（如 GDPR、CCPA）赋予你额外权利并希望向我们行使，请通过下方方式联系，我们会在 30 天内回复。

11. 网站 printemps.dev

本站是托管于 GitHub Pages 的静态页面：不设置追踪 Cookie，不加载第三方分析或广告脚本；仅从 GitHub 公开 API 读取最新版本以显示下载链接；语言偏好只保存在你浏览器的本地存储中。GitHub 作为托管方可能记录访问日志。

12. 政策变更

如本政策发生变更，我们会更新本页的生效日期，并在对应版本的发布说明中注明变更内容。重大变更会在应用的更新说明中提示。

Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Printemps is an on-device audio stem separation app. In the terms of Apple’s App Privacy details it is a “Data Not Collected” app: it does not collect, transmit or store any data that identifies you, and it does not use data for tracking. This policy explains what the app processes on your device, when it connects to the network, which third parties are involved, and how you control and delete your data.

2. Data types we collect

Listed by Apple’s data-type categories. Every category is not collected and is never linked to your identity by us or by any third party.

  • Contact info (name, email, phone, address): not collected.
  • Health & fitness, financial info, location, sensitive info, contacts: not collected; the app requests no related permissions.
  • User content (audio, projects, exports): processed and stored only on your device; never uploaded or accessed by us.
  • Browsing or search history: not collected. In-app project search runs locally.
  • Identifiers (user ID, device ID, advertising ID): not generated or collected.
  • Purchases: not applicable; there are no in-app purchases or accounts.
  • Usage data and diagnostics (analytics, crash logs, performance data): not collected. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is embedded.

3. Data processed on your device

  • Imported audio is copied into the app’s private data folder for analysis, separation and playback; the original file is not modified.
  • Project data — project names, tracks and clips, BPM/key results, task history — is stored as JSON files in the same folder.
  • Separation results are written to the private folder; exports create independent copies in a folder you choose.
  • Settings such as language, processing device, model cache folder and export folder.
  • Diagnostics: failures from the current session are kept in memory and disappear when you quit. They are written to a file only when you export them from Settings, and sending that file is your decision; the app never sends it.

Private folder: ~/Library/Application Support/printemps on macOS; %APPDATA%\printemps on Windows; ~/.config/printemps on Linux.

4. Purposes

This data is used only to provide the features you start: analysis, separation, playback, clip editing and export. It is not used for advertising, personalization, third-party analytics, product analytics or any form of tracking.

5. Network access and third parties

By default the app talks to no server. It connects in exactly two situations:

  • Model downloads: when you choose stems and start a separation, the matching public model files are downloaded from Hugging Face (huggingface.co, changeable to a mirror or another host in Settings) into the local cache. The request contains no audio, project or personal data; if you configured a proxy in Settings, it is sent through that proxy. Hugging Face may keep ordinary access logs (such as IP addresses) under its own privacy policy.
  • App updates: version information and update packages are fetched from GitHub (github.com). No personal data is sent; GitHub’s privacy statement governs its service.

The app embeds no advertising, analytics, social-login or other third-party SDKs. We do not sell, rent or share data with anyone — we do not hold your data in the first place.

6. Retention and deletion

  • All data stays on your device for as long as you keep it.
  • Deleting a project in All projects removes it from the list and keeps it recoverable under Deleted; choosing “also remove the audition results the app saved” or deleting permanently removes all of that project’s local files.
  • Cached model files can be removed in the Model library; cache and export folders can be changed in Settings.
  • After uninstalling, you can delete the private folder listed above to remove all remaining data.

7. System permissions

  • File access: only the audio you pick through the system file dialog or drag and drop, and the export folder you choose.
  • Network: only for the model downloads and update checks described in section 5.
  • No microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos or notification permissions are requested.

8. Tracking

As defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency, the app does not track: it collects no data for tracking across apps or websites, uses no advertising identifier, and shares nothing with data brokers.

9. Children

The app collects no personal information and therefore does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction); it is not directed at children.

10. Your rights

Because we hold none of your personal data, access, correction, export and deletion are fully in your hands on the device (see section 6). If the law in your region (such as the GDPR or CCPA) grants you additional rights that you wish to exercise with us, contact us below and we will respond within 30 days.

11. The website printemps.dev

This site is a static page hosted on GitHub Pages: no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. It reads the latest release from GitHub’s public API to show download links; your language preference is kept only in your browser’s local storage. GitHub, as the host, may keep access logs.

12. Changes

When this policy changes we update the effective date on this page and describe the change in the release notes of the corresponding version. Material changes are also called out in the app’s update notes.
